One user on Twitter has figured out some of the pairs and the artist themself has confirmed that he is correct. Well, got it wrong there. The artist didn't really said that they were correct.
Just goes to show how everyone has different interpretations of which destroyers wear sexy underwear; with Kisaragi already having the pink panties due to official art, I was guessing the thong then belonged to Mikazuki (who artists seem to like to make be secretly lewd).
