Try to imitate those hand positions. It's basically impossible even while contorting your wrists painfully, especially with the angles the the arms are held at. That, the fact that her breasts and shoulders are misaligned, and the fact that her hips are much slimmer than her shoulders puts all of this squarely in bad_anatomy
