the first profiles from some monstergirls say souls and not energy but i think it must be energy and not soul in the diet. normally a human die when their soul is taken and monstergirls are not so stupid to kill humans because they need man for energy and make babies and woman are need that the next generations of monstergirls get man too. humans can live without monstergirls but monstergirls not without humans.

ehh, your mileage may vary on that, since in some stories, the soul is the source of morality, so having it removed results in the person losing all sense of morality
