At first I thought this was Lyrica Prismriver; however, since she later appears alongside Lyrica, this must be Layla. It makes sense, given that their father, Count Prismriver, is also derived from existing canon (the Prismrivers' father was a merchant and count in the outside world, who brought home an item from Gensokyo).
