The Chi-ri has paper thin armor for tanks plus it's a BIG target. A T49 HE can pen it from the front.

What's the one that looks more like a tank than the 'Shoebox,' (the O-I type tanks.)

That would be great. Not many anime can do that, switch leading roles, even if side ones.

Yes but none of them are medium or heavy tanks if I recall correctly.

Old post, but according to the guidebook Chihatan bought heavier tanks (with a picture of an O-I) because they thought TOTSUGEKI was dangerous, but the team stubbornly refuses to use them because muh tradition.
