Pretty sure that trainer would need to sneak up on her if they don't want a head on collision though...

Inazuma is always ready for ramming... er tackle attack

Moveset:
- Wild Charge: a ramming attack
- Helping Hand (Move Tutor): because she's a twin
- Discharge: a move for double battles
- Nasty Plot (Egg Move): Plasma-chan

I can almost imagine that pikachu with a plasma face
