    初代ポケモンマスター

    数多の戦いや旅で相棒のリザードンも3M級にまで成長し
    生涯現役で貫き通しレジェンド級のポケモンマスターになったレッドおじさんが
    新人トレーナーに立ちはだかるとか、そういうポケモンをやってみたいです。

    基本無表情で無口だけどポケモン達と接する時だけは
    笑顔を見せたり饒舌になったりしてる設定だと、より最高だと思います。

    すこしづつ　つよく　なっていく
    それが　いいんだ

    But he also appeared in RGBY. So which is it?

    I'll go with RGBY, since that's where he first debuted, and there is no sign of GSC elements in this pic, other than the backpack that might be referring to him climbing Mt. Silver.
