I don't know if it's precure netorare. This feels more like a standard "parent/sibling walks in at the worst time".
It is pretty much a standard walk-in, but this image has nearly all the standard features of precure_netorare - the sex position of the lovers, the arrangement of the bed vs. the door, even the direction the door opens. The only features this image lacks are the walking-in person being backlit and the lover on bottom gripping the lover on top with her right arm (a pose which, for obvious reasons, isn't possible at this point).
