My opinion is :

A) It's an artificial arm
B) The artist hates amputees
C) The artist don't know shit about Guilty Gear

Seriously WTF!

Alright, I've seen some things where Baiken has a prosthetic limb, but this is clearly not a prosthetic, this is bogus.

Are we to assume that both eyes are there too, and that one is simply closed? I'd think so.
