Er, OK, why do you think this uniform is better than other blazer-type uniforms?
I like that type of vest and the color scheme. Oh, and the little necktie is pretty charming, too! I think it's comportaded, but not boring or too adult. It's elegant but not in an exagerated way, and it looks comfortable. And despite all that, it still looks like a normal, cute uniform.
