I thought this was a different version of Yuyuko (-> butterflies), but these images aren't tagged with an character from Touhou?

It's styled after the urban legend of Futo in Urban Legend in Limbo.

This ghost (Okiku) appeared in Urban Legend in Limbo as one of Mononobe no Futo's attacks
