I guess that is not a question you should be asking the flagger.
It's more like: Why is it bad quality. And while it isn't mentioned, I think that the hands and a non-existing neck are causing problems. Also it looks like the head is positioned wrong, but that might be only me :P.

What about this is NOT poor quality?

The only person who's made a useful comment thusfar is Provence.

The sword being only barely longer than her single hip's WIDTH is bothersome too, by the way. And that's given it's slightly closer for perspective reasons too.
