There is nothing wrong with this pic, if you have an issue with anime body proportions not being exactly like those of a real life human you may as well flag every post on this site.

That reason is absolutely empty. One has to evaluate a pic on its own and this here has abnormal proportions. And yes, children do have larger heads as adults, but not to this degree, this is extreme^^.
And if you're serious, then you should be consequent and flag the images were you think the proportions are off.

The chibi section is probably added because chibis do not have normal proportions^^.
