Yes, this is from the book you linked. But notice that the book is a collaboration project under mana_(gooney)'s circle where several artists were involved.
According to this site, six_(fnrptal1010) also drew a part of the cover and the colorings were done by amo. If you compare both mana and six's other chibi drawings you should be able to make out the difference. I'm reverting the tag back.
