That reflection isn't Widowmaker. Her actions, hair style, skin color are all different. Plus look at the angle of the reflection for Mercy and Zarya. My guess is it's a stab at Sombra, standing to Widowmaker's left, as the hair style matches one of the images floating around.

The mirror/perspective is curved. That's why you see Mercy's reflection further to the right then she is. Also, that's Sombra (based on the leak image).
Hmm I didn't paid much attention how Sombra even looked like in the first place. Since we didn't tagged her in this image then I got confused a bit so sorry about that.
