Perhaps the most commonly used emoticon in the Chinese Baidu Tieba forums. Mainly used for comedic posts, to further add funniness or to decrease the probability of offending other people and getting involved in arguments in the forums, since the emoticon indicates that one's thread is posted jokingly and should not be taken seriously.
