Alas, chances of getting a scan are very slim. It wasn't scanned in last 8 month, and probably won't be scanned for another 8, at least. In the meantime, waifu2x works well enough. Source image is already not that small so an upscaled one actually looks pretty decent.

I'd already used a waifu4x before I even made that first comment eight months ago and determined that I didn't like it. Too damned smudgy.
