I notice his Pixiv posts uses less jpeg compression (larger file size) than his Twitter posts. (I think Twitter has restrictions on file size) I wonder if anyone see any difference at 100% view?

All JPEGs on Twitter are horribly compressed. It's just how they do it for whatever reason. PNGs are spared such a fate but there's surprisingly few artists that use them. That's why 99.99% of the time the Twitter image ends up the child of a Pixiv/Seiga/DeviantArt version.
