Probably uneven arms, but her left shoulder is a bit pushed more upwards than her right one. Therefore, it looks like the shoulder-shoulder line would be lopsided.
Also, the legs on the left side of the image don't fit together with the body regarding the angle they are coming out. They wouldn't connect nicely with the hips and ass (especially her right leg) ()
