According to artist it is original work though and it was posted way before Overwatch released.
Overwatch released a cinematic trailer two years ago (November 2014) which featured Widowmaker. Given that the artist posted this only late last year, I suspect that he may have been influenced by existing art for Widowmaker, if it isn't actually her. Those pictures were everywhere a while door to the game coming out.
