There is no underage tag for obvious reasons.
Despite appearances, I find nothing that states Suiren's age anyways.

It exists still but you get nothing but blank pages for it.
The "loli" tag is only used for actually pornographic images, and blocks them from basic members, anyway. The "child" tag would hypothetically help, but thanks to rampant tag proliferation, almost nobody actually remembers to tag every applicable tag, so that would be quite spotty.
Hypothetically, the "safe" rating is what you want, but thanks to Danbooru's moderators, the "safe" rating doesn't ACTUALLY designate something is strictly Safe For Work, only that it merely doesn't have overt nudity.
