"Pixiv version was already posted." is not a reason for flagging. It only warrants duplicate tag. And from said tag's wiki:
Do not flag duplicates for deletion if your only reason is that the image is a duplicate.
There's several pictures here which have been posted from pixiv and more or less the same version from another source (such as twitter). Are we gonna flag them all because they're already here?

There's a difference in that this isn't simply a duplicate, but an artifacted version of a post with a non-artifacted version already available. I know some images have been passed on for approval for that reason.
