A question as I just noticed that but when the artist says "Reprint is prohibited", it means it is illegal to print them and sell them or we're not allowed to upload his work on other sites?

tbh i would reckon it means getting it in any form other than to buy it

無断転載 means unauthorised reproduction in any form, be that uploading to a website, printing, or even taking a photo and sharing it.
