This is the third time I've seen this type of reaction...

I don't think 生々しい is referring to Takao being "fresh", but rather to what she's saying being too "graphic"/"vivid" (either of which is a valid translation of 生々しい). Thus it should be "That's graphic so stop that." rather than "You're still fresh so stop that."

Thanks, wasn't sure as the JP dictionnary show me fresh and other various meaning, thus why I still asked a check.
