Should we remove the 'censored' tag? It's not so much censored as it is...just...moving. Moving things aren't typically still. And I don't think the intent was censoring but conveying movement.

They HAVE to censor the images posted on Pixiv. And you can clearly see mosaics in this picture anyway.
