Except he's not a symbol of nothing bad, just some guys used it as avatars on some forums and then Hillary decides to make a meme out of it, from what i researched.

So basically, the only person that sticked a "Nazi" signature on an innocent meme is your guys' oh-so-great Hillary... pretty ironic.
