I have limited experience with using Andira on someone who wants to get hit. Yuisus gains a buff from getting hit, but she won't get a stack if she has a shield on that fails to break.
Andira is great for directing attacks on a certain character, but her shield is...very strong. So strong that most non-HL bosses will not break it in a single turn. It's an unfortunate on Cygames part frankly. She's a great character who would have excellent synergy with alot of wind's leading characters, but she's too good at her job.
