That's why I'm taking my free-lance work up a knotch and taking on all sorts of translation and writing jobs. It also helps that the people with money in my country is piss-poor at understanding, let alone write English in a proper sentence. Maybe you could look for those kind of freelance work?
Whenever I found myself in this situation, I mostly prefer try to talk about those things to someone I'm close with with in real life. It's either about my personal problems or just some goofy shits. You might not get the exact or best answer for it, but it feels BETTER let me say it again BETTER to let all of the shit you've been through rather than keeping it to yourself because you're to shy to admit it. Since you let it all out, perhaps you will think less about it and let TIME and your EFFORT to overcome your problems. Personally for me, in the past time came first and soon followed by my efforts.
