From what I remember of the book info, all monsters grow more beautiful and powerful by having sex, but the undead specifically can use human mana to restore their wombs to functionality. I may have read elsewhere that undead monsters aren't literally reanimated corpses, they merely look like them, though I can't say for sure which is true.

Not sure about the first but about the second, that was explicitly for the Skeleton monster, I believe.
