Added error because her hair flower is an edelweiss, the flower of Switzerland (Germany's is the blue cornflower).
I disagree that it's necessarily an error. The edelweiss is considered a symbol of the Alps in general, and it's used in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France, especially in connection with mountaineering. No single country can really lay claim to it exclusively.
