Danbooru really is not a place to get constructive criticism as an artist. If you're looking to hone your craft, there are other places on the internet for that.

I received a message with a hint of poor animation, and if she really is so poor then I would like to hear it from people who like this kind of creativity )
Thanks , but I've already use this sites listed above for a long time, here for the first time, after receiving a letter about poor animation, I just wanted to know if it's so poor, if yes I leave this site before moderator delete my posts due to poor animation
While I'm no expert, the looping at the end seems to be a little abrupt and doesn't line up as smoothly as I think it could for when the guy thrusts into her again. You can tell especially since the blonde girl on the desks hair sways forward, and suddenly resets without any frames in-between.
Adding a few more frames at the end of your animation to bring them all back into their original position when the animation started will help give a better illusion of continuous action and movement.
Would also add that there is some severe clipping that is going on with the girl with long black hair with her skirt. There's slight clipping for the girl getting taken from behind as well.
Other than that, I don't think I can give much more comments on this since I know next to nothing about the inner workings of what goes into making 3D animations.

The more frames in the animation the more it weighs and you have to cut the size of the picture or reduce the number of frames , before upload it to the site, by the way when you do from the GIFof the video , then some images are for some reason so interrupted, I do not even know what it is connected with.
This is not a site for people to upload their own work in search of constructive criticism, but since you asked...
Animation is terribly jerky and would probably benefit from a higher framerate. Animators should strive for fluid motion, not this.
Blonde girl with pigtails looks like her hair is made of plastic. Real hair doesn't stick together in a solid inflexible mass like that unless you've slathered it with hair gel. Nor should it clip through cabinets.
Some characters' clothes look like they're flapping around in a windstorm. That yellow dress looks particularly unnatural in this respect.
Emotionless blank stares give the whole image an uncanny valley effect. It's particularly jarring considering the context; the audience appears completely unaffected by what they're watching.
Background objects like the star and circles along the top of the image appear to "pop" out of their surroundings rather than blending in. The hard outlines and flat saturated colors don't work well here.
If you insist on going the 3D route, get some better quality assets. Models that might have looked decent at the turn of the century are laughably low-poly nowadays. Compare this to artwork from over a decade ago and you'll see that there is really no comparison. Technology has improved, and so have our standards for realism.
Stay the hell away from bad software like MikuMikuDance and 3D Custom Girl. Look at the top-ranked images at 3d order:score and note that serious artists don't bother with that trash.
Also, this isn't really about the quality of the animation, but why would anyone use an obsolete format like GIF for videos like this when we have access to things like mp4 and webm nowadays? You're blowing up the filesize and introducing terrible dithering without gaining anything in return.

Well, then, if you want to know if your work is poor for this site, I'll give you the answer.
It's not good enough. And as the above critics stated, your work is poorly done.
Besides, you said you didn't need criticism, that means you don't need to upload here since we don't quite need 18+ animations like this one.
It's kind of an unspoken rule to have your work evaluated before it makes it to Danbooru too. So if you would please, let other look at your work and let them decide if it's worth uploading here and let them do it too.
P/S: I know this needs to be done by personal messages, but since he stated he needs no criticism here, I felt no point doing private messages.

How then does poor animation come in here just in bulk? Well, okay doesn't matter .. i got answer on my question) thanks only pro here ...
And about the fact that I do not need criticism - I do not have a commercial project, I do not create an animation for making money, I just do it for myself, and share it with others, thank you for understanding)

How poor animations come here in bulk, you ask? Because not all Danbooru members read its guide. I myself haven't read all of them either, and this is my 4th year here. There are always effort to expunge such poor works though. Still, it's not easy considering how big the site has become.
And about above criticism, because most creators do what they do for self-satisfaction, most people would almost automatically thinks they need advice on how to improve their works knowing it's for strictly self-satisfaction. I believe not a single one of above users thought you wanted to make money with this work. But they did give you opinions and advice on how to improve your work so yeah, saying you don't need any would actually be quite rude, if I were to say as a 3rd party.
