That would just hurt so much the moment she falls backwards...forwards? The moment when she basically impales herself.
Well I guess that would depend on how sharp that metal rod in question is, how fast she would fall and if it would stay upright or rather just slide away so she would still be in pain but nothing life-threatening.
That said this image is very cute, even giving the circumstances of impending doom/pain.
