Huge titties beat tiny heads. Don't really get why artists are minimizing the head so much. It really doesn't look good imo.

Generally, artists don't seem to care about correct anatomy and such things. It is a thing that people need to put out of their minds. They like to adapt a style and put emphasis on things they like to draw or to stand out. One cares about gigantic breasts and aggressive ball crushing characters, others draw chibi with oversized heads and others go for minimalistic, etc etc and the list goes on.
And yet, noone complains that 99% of anime art has eyes 4x the size of a real human's.
I guess that's really interesting. Bigger eyes = more cuteness. You can see this with newborns whose facial proportions are a bit different (and overall proportions) or with animals (dogs, cats). -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuteness Small heads...do not fall under this :P. It's more the contrary with small heads.
On a more serious note, I get the entire mad at one of her students being late thing, however if they were willing to risk Keine's wrath, then why are they being told to leave?
