    Another one of Yamakaze's unintentional mischief. With that face, I can understand why the admiral can't refuse her. Also, I really love her design for Kancolle Mitsukoshi Collaboration.

    Well you aren't technically refusing at all... But not entirely, it is a more controlled non-refusal. You excuse is futile.

    Random_Fanguy, I don't know what their reason is but Death_Usagi-san might answered it, though I doubt it that is the case. HQ might just be the delivery guy, damn my heart has bullet wounds from her.

    The condition went from "yes" + "right now" to "yes" + "later" so at the very least, it's a refusal for the time. And if you mean only "no" + "never" gets to be called refusal, you must be living a tough life.

    And in case you are just going to cling to my first part of the statement, try to read it whole first. And don't miss a word in it. We are displaying words in plain texts here. It's not like they just went away after you said it so you can't say you didn't hear it like in normal conversations which keeps happening around all the time.

    I suddenly realized it, when reading it all again... Yes you are right it is not a refusal. My mind must be too tired when reading it which gave me incorrect assumptions and I didn't realize for a bit. Sorry my bad.
