If this is real, though, it basically confirms that Aya is willing to stoop this low. Though it should be noted that she's the only one showing underwear.
I guess this also confirms that the animal features can be put away at will, since she has the wings here but not the other one, and it's the same artist. Momiji also has ears/tail here but not in Azuma Aya's picture.

The animal youkai can already switch between beast form and human(oid) form at will. Orin did it first, and she did it before Mamizou and the kudagitsune showed up; there's no reason to believe that the other animal youkai don't have this ability.
Pretty sure Orin also showed up before the other bakedanuki, but in any case Mami, Kuda and Bake's shared ability is "shapeshifting." Orin's ability is something other than "shapeshifting" yet she can shapeshift, so it's safe to assume that the other animal youkai share her power. Hiding ears/tails/wings/etc. should be a cinch in comparison.
Also Orin has cat ears and human ears. The other animals probably also have two pairs of ears, but all have hair covering where their human ears would be.
