Yup. I think ragho forgot to un-hide a layer before exporting the picture the first time. Seems like he noticed between tweeting it and posting it to pixiv, as he usually releases in both places one right after the other. Not sure if he uploaded the first one to pixiv, though, because your earlier version's source goes to this version and I don't know if pixiv lets you edit your posts.
