There's a difference between bulk retail, such as Uniqlo, and bulk buying i.e. 10 of the same shirt for a volume discount.

It's one thing to buy clothes at Uniqlo (equivalent of what they're doing now), and another to buy a five pack of Fruit-of-the-Loom t-shirts and a value pack of sweatpants at Walmart to wear in lieu of actually bothering to assemble outfits.

Akigumo has been doing the latter -I don't think I've ever done that for clothes I'm not sleeping in.

Good girl Hibiki will now protect those two from their own fashion sense.
