Blake didn't expect the Xiao Long halls to be decked out so lavishly for her stay over the holidays, but Yang was paying it back in interest after last year when she stayed at the Belladonnas, Ghira and Kali working with their daughter as they hosted her Jewish girlfriend.
Blake: “Yang, we don't have to follow every Christmas tradition, especially in front of your dad.”
Yang: “Enough talk, Christmas Kitty.”
Before Blake could protest, Yang closed her distance, the Faunus not yielding as she was lured into the blonde's charm. A more passionate kiss than intended she received, the women sharing a playful moan with the other before they broke away under the leaves and berries.
Blake: “Thanks for doing this. Can't say I’m less than impressed. And my present, where did you get this shirt? It's my style.”
Yang: “Some chick on the internet makes it. She's whatever, but you look super cute in it.” Just as Yang was about to sneak in another smooch, the ding from the oven rang, Ruby hollering her over for frosting the new batch. "Guess we'll open my present after. Come on," she cheerily expressed as she grabbed Blake by the hand. Enchanted by the extravagance, Blake didn't need to be coaxed to help, the warmth of the holidays flowing from the both of them as Yang led her into the kitchen to join in on the family fun.
