Alright, this is fucking stupid. Hand aside, this is a beautiful picture. Style is a little odd, and creeps up the uncanny valley a bit, but that's it IMO.

You can only see four fingers on her left hand because we're seeing the opposite side from the thumb, which is hidden by her palm and other fingers. There is nothing wrong with it, and that's not even a strange position.

Perhaps that's true. It's hard for me to visualize it. If I saw a photo of a human hand like that it would make sense.
