You've pretty much got it. The ending phrase "よう言うわ" is a Kansai variant of the phrase "よく言うよ", which is basically, "Look who's talking" or "You've got some nerve to say that."

Somehow saw it as two sentences, and tripped up by Kansai-ben... if only there were more characters that speak with a dialect from Kyushu...
