I remember seeing the craze of Image comics back when they started. The hottest artist creating this new heroes who were born to be forever alongside the likes of Batman and Spiderman. Now we only have Spawn and Savage Dragon still going... anyway, they all had some very 90s style that has evolved into other things.

This one is based on the cover for Danger Girl #1, by J. Scott Campbell. You may not know what Danger Girl is, but she was huge when she came out and it lasted like 3 months or less... Nowadays I think Campbell is more into pin up fantasy art and covers (mostly spiderman) and I think his style could be seen as some form of cleaner more symmetrical Liefeld, with the anatomically impossible bodies and super long legs his girls have, like Barbie.
