The problem with Japan is that they insist on eating it raw.

Never had it raw here except in salads (and then you have dressing, anyway) - the dish Prinz has made here is generally baked anyway, often with cheese on top.

I like bell peppers raw. I do not like them cooked. They are not all that bitter when raw, but I find their texture to be unappetizing when cooked.

Other way around over here. Prefer them boiled or stuffed with fish paste, but raw is fine too.
