    I don't know about you people, but Asians can get away with, presuming they don't sweat much, showering every three days and not smell in the WINTER.

    Summer on the other hand? Even if you don't sweat much every other day is pushing it.
    Multiple times a day is plausible if you are sweating a lot.

    ...And that's taking into consideration the fact that Asians have lower body odour than whites and blacks. Eccrine sweat glands are very nice compared to apocrine (IIRC).

    As an East Asian, I can say body odor is the least of my concerns. I could skip shower one or another day being fine, but I shower every day because it feels good to be clean, cleansing all the crap you get from the outside during the day.

    The thought of touching my pillow with the same head that touched the bus/train seat makes me cringe.

    Just noticed alternate_hairstyle for Hatsuyuki having a ponytail instead of a lazymode curtain of hair over her back.

    ...I usually change every item of clothing except underwear (and long johns or equivalent, sometimes undershirt too) upon entering the house.

    I also sit leaned forward on every form of public transportation except airplanes. Airplanes are the one type of transport I ALWAYS wash my hair (and everything else) after...

    ...You DO use the toilet paper to build a seat in public toilet stalls, right? O_O
