Think I know what you're talking about but doesn't her battle suit have full pant legs though and fully cover both hands? However this is the only time I've seen it in this configuration (Bare right hand and exposed right leg). But then it's been so long since I've seen any Tenchi that I can't remember a thing about it. The one thing I do remember is at the end that Ryoko and Tenchi get in a fight and he slices her hand off with his light saber thing and defeats her and he possibly apologizes before she grows her hand back. That could explain why the one hand is uncovered but I don't think he sliced her leg off in the battle.
