I'm guessing that Jintsuu is a master at waking Sendai only to a half-asleep state where she can comprehend simple bits of information and instructions, but can easily slip back to proper sleep once done. As a corollary conjecture, perhaps Sendai did all that grunt work while asleep, i.e. she was roused to half-asleepness, got informed of the situationand what is needed to be done in a simple enough manner, let Jintsuu guide her to the Admiral's room and put her at his desk with a pen in her hand, then promptly fell asleep and let her body go on instinct or something to do the routine work. Which would mean that this Sendai is AWESOME.
