    This was a bus experience for which she was fully prepared. All the same, for tourists, the bus may be cheap, but its difficulty level is high, so they frequently hesitate to board, don't they.

    If you input your destination into Google Maps, it'll tell you which bus(es) you should ride, so what a wonderful world it's become.

    Here they have regular stops, and if you try to flag one down between stops you will be ignored. This is because people used to flag them down in out of the way places where there were no witnesses or police around and then rob everyone on the bus.

    Things are different here. We have proper bus stops at various points along the bus's route, but the drivers will ignore the stop and drive on unless there's a commuter who sounds the bell to exit, or if the person at the stop flags them down for boarding.

    I have missed so many buses just because I got too caught up on my Vita to flag the bus while waiting at the stop. Grrr...

    It's the Siri-like mode of an Android phone. If you say to an Android phone at the home screen "Okay Google, what is 400 times 7?" or a similar question, you'll see the color dots stretch (like on Sanae's screen) and rotate.
