There is a forum thread expressly for asking this question. You should try browsing it, and seeing the responses there to understand how that question has been answered in the past, as well as asking any future questions like this there.
A lot of the problem is that there is no consensus on what is or isn't acceptable, although there is some stuff that has enough mods to get things like it approved by any of half a dozen mods, whichever one hits the "approve" button first...
But so far as this post goes, the linework is mediocre and sketchy, the coloring isn't particularly sharp with that red... thing in the back just being an unidentifiable red thing. It's not even colored within the lines on the ears. It also "loses points" for lacking any real background or dynamic pose or being anything but a character sitting down and "facing the camera" with the shirt half-undone. You can get somewhat sketchy things approved if they're showing a dynamic scene or if it has some funny joke in it or has something to elevate it above mediocrity, but this is just mediocrity.

BULLSHIT. I've seen those with permissions post some incredibly sketchy, vague and completely detail-lacking images here over the years and yet this well-drawn post is mediocre? You prove my point about bias so fucking effectively.
Pretentious quality checkers like yourself, along with perverts, homophobes and sexists seem to be the main crowd at Danbooru. There was a time once when I loved this site, it used to be glorious. the last 4-5 years it's just became a pit of elitist filth.
