As long as it's not flat-out violent rape (I don't believe in the reverse_rape tag, call it what it is i.e. just RAPE!), young boys just don't get hurt that obviously in comparison from having consensual sex with someone older.
Psychological damage is a while different ballgame though, and often much less visible than the physical side of things. My uncle has had problems with committed relationships since he got raped in high school by a teacher (bitch got off cause connections)...

There's still absolutely a bias in the cultural perception that rape is only against women, which plays into a bias that women are defenseless, and therefore need protection, while a man that is raped deserves it because he should have been able to protect himself, especially when a young boy goes up against against someone "defenseless" like an adult woman larger, stronger, and more socially powerful than him. Likewise, women at least should be chaste, but men are always horny, so of course womencan't rape men, because men always want to have sex, no matter the circumstances, amirite?
