Requesting translation check on second bubble of panel 1.
My vocab isn't good enough to have a guess at the complete sentence but そんな手に probably wouldn't end up as "without anything in my hand" due to そんな.
Unless of course, she's somehow saying "I'm so empty handed that--".
I was guessing she's starting to say something along the order of, "With my hands free like this, I won't spill anything." (But only gets as far as "hands like this".)

"その手は食わない" registers as an expression in my dictionary, but not "そんな手は食わない". Googling "そんな手は食わない" basically just gives me "その手は食わない" as well, so I'm inclined to believe it's an expression that is only recognized as such with the "その" there.

Surprisingly, throwing the entire quote into Google after a few hours of downtime net me そんな手にはだまされない ( also here ), which I believe is what's left incomplete here (it means the exact same thing as その手は食わない anyway).

Thing is, そんな will never be used to refer to oneself, so it must be referring to the admiral in one form or another.
