Maybe cis has future vision? The design is similar, but not that similar. He got the neckerchief color, but not so much on the hairstyle and body-suit. Also Suzutsuki has some sort of extra clothing piece hung over her shoulders.

If you describe Suzutsuki official art with words and tell others and then show this pic, i'm pretty sure they'd think this is the official art.
